My client bought this cute little Side x side Electric Low-Speed vehicle for use on the ranch. It is street legal but cannot be driven over 35 mph. Had I not verified the vin on-site, it would have had to been trailer-ed to DMV/CHP for verification. I saved my client the expense and hassle of renting a trailer and hauling it to the CHP/DMV.
