Reverse out-of-state vin verification
The client who owns this BMW Motorcycle was moving it to his home in Wyoming.
He called the county office where he lives there and asked if they would accept a VIN Verification by me.
The clerk told him to ask me to write it up on a Wyoming Vin Verification form. I did, I drove to his home in Marin County, verified the vin and now his ride is registered in Wyoming before he goes there.
He avoided the DMV in Wyoming including whatever a vehicle owner has to deal with in that state.
