Moving to Colorado soon.
I verified this car for Colorado DMV for someone moving to Colorado before they physically moved there. This was not the first time I have verified a vin for out of state registration. I have verified VINS for DMV's in UTAH, WYOMING, MONTANA. and IDAHO for clients moving to those states. For reasons of their own, they did not want to relocate to another state with California License Plates. The stipulation for doing this is that you must have a residence in the state you wish to register the vehicle in. (This is not to be taken as legal advice.
