The urgent call for vin verification on this big rig came with a request to come ASAP to meet at the ranch where hay was being delivered. Why? My client needed to mail it the next day before the deadline to avoid paying penalties. I left the minute I hung up the phone with the office manager and met the owner/driver at the ranch within 20 minutes. I completed the vin verification as the ranch hand removed the last bales of hay from the trailers. I know you agree with me....that's great service! Need help? Challenge me! OK?
